Sonoran Systems needed help. Their various business units—home security, commercial security, home automation, and remote detection—had inconsistent names and were confusing to customers. Their customer experience wasn’t consistent with their branding and marketing. And to make matters worse, their employees were struggling to feel they were part of something significant. All those issues were hindering sales and causing high employee turnover.
Rallying around a unified front.
Our first step was to simplify this diverse family of low-voltage electrical companies by uniting them under a single name. We developed the name “Volta” to capture the company’s bold spirit and sense of innovation. We then designed a full customer and employee experience that aligned behind their key values. Finally, we designed several websites for their various business units; each of which was designed responsively, allowing it to work seamlessly across any any device and the mobile web.
