Katie wears a lot of hats, but thrives on the variety.

She is responsible for managing the practical details of Forty’s day-to-day business. Her goal is to keep our team running smoothly, consistently, and efficiently—and do the occasional cupcake run to keep everyone fueled and happy. No two of Katie’s days may ever look the same as her work encompasses so many different things: bookkeeping, HR, travel planning, administration, copyediting, proofreading, buying, scheduling, and much more. She wouldn’t have it any other way.

Growing up on the outskirts of Phoenix,  Katie has watched the small desert town around her grow into a giant melting pot of ideas and innovation. This experience has taught her that while staying grounded in the values that drive us, we must also stay flexible and continue learning to keep up with the pace of constant change. She carries this perspective into every facet of her work here at Forty.
