“Design is as much about communication as it is about talent.”

Amy wants to make the world a better place through design and she lives and breathes that mission in all areas of her life.

With over 15 years of experience, Amy still begins every project by asking “Why?”—infusing everything she touches with a real sense of purpose. Ask her about how small experiences in life, like using a website or mobile application, impact our day-to-day outlook and you’ll discover her biggest passion. She loves to make those little experiences better and more meaningful because they translate into such a big part of people’s overall happiness.

Amy credits her gift for creating a look of clean, simple beauty to her Midwestern upbringing.  Her fresh outlook on design and consistent conceptual thinking abilities were well-known even as a student, earning her a featured spot in Print Magazine’s New Visual Artists Review. Amy’s practical Iowa roots are still apparent today in her efficient approach to constant improvement in our workflow and her passion for lean UX and agile project management for design.
